Sommelier/Assistant Manager
Olivia began her education as a teenager working with her family on a small vineyard in the Okanagan. After studying Anthropology and Hispanic studies she began travelling and working in Central & South America, France and Spain. This is where she discovered her passion for food as well as wine.
Five years ago after studying with the International Sommelier Guild in Victoria and in West Vancouver she moved to whistler to be a part of the amazing hospitality scene here. Which brings her to Basalt as the Sommelier and Assistant Manager.
